We are looking for a board-certified allergist/immunologist to join our team on a full or part-time basis.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work alongside a Chicago Top Doctor in Allergy/Immunology with a busy, established practice.  You will be busy on day 1 without having to build a practice.
• Practice will consist of both adults and pediatric patients.
• We provide a full spectrum of treatment for our patients including food challenges, drug desensitization, food desensitization, allergen immunotherapy, biologic therapy, and replacement immunoglobulin therapy, etc.

We are looking for a full-time, board-certified otolaryngologist to join our team. You will have the opportunity to be a thought leader and help develop the sinus practice that will be an integral part of the Relief mission. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a private practice with an entrepreneurial culture! The current patient base consists of allergy & asthma patients, many of which are seeking ENT evaluation and treatments strategies for upper respiratory and sinus ailments.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Work alongside a Chicago Top Doctor in Allergy/Immunology with a busy, established practice. You will be busy on day 1!
• Provide in-depth ENT evaluation and treatment strategies for patients with upper airway symptoms.
• Practice will consist of both adults and pediatric patients.
• Prescribe advanced medications and treatments based on AAOHNS practice guidelines.

Requirements:

• Board-certified in otolaryngology (MD/DO)
• Experienced in office-based rhinology procedures and advanced treatment strategies

• Providing care for new and established patients with physicians’ support
• Developing and implementing patient care plans; consulting and educating patients
• Documenting all patient notes in EMR system
• Prescribing medications and treatments based on practice and state guidelines
• Working with specialty pharmacies to document and place prescription orders
• Scheduling patient appointments for telehealth or in-person visits
• Maintaining HIPAA and regulatory compliance

• Collaborating with team members, including other nurse practitioners and physicians to develop best practices

• Licensed as a nurse practitioner in Illinois

• Recording patients’ medication histories and ensuring all medical records are properly organized
• Measuring and recording vitals in the electronic health records system
• Administering medication injections
• Observing patients under treatment to identify progress, side effects of medications, etc.
• Advising patients about their conditions and treatment plans
• Sterilizing equipment, cleaning exam rooms and preparing rooms for patients
• Aiding physicians’ examinations of patients
• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with patients, co-workers and physicians
• Maintaining HIPAA and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• LPN in Illinois
• Experience working directly with patients
• Passion for helping patients and people

Requirements:

• Experience working in the healthcare field

• Manage scheduling patients for new and follow up appointments.
• Manage patient communications including appointment reminders.
• Maintain patient accounts by entering or updating personal and financial information.
• Collect patient payments and record in EMR systems.
• Perform administrative duties to support multiple clinics
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with patients, co-workers, and physicians.
• Maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a medical/front desk receptionist
• Ability to multi-task, have excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle a high call volume
