Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Greeting patients promptly and in a friendly manner
- Recording patients’ medication histories and ensuring all medical records are properly organized
- Measuring and recording vitals in the electronic health records system
- Administering medication injections
- Observing patients under treatment to identify progress, side effects of medications, etc.
- Advising patients about their conditions and treatment plans
- Sterilizing equipment, cleaning exam rooms and preparing rooms for patients
- Aiding physicians’ examinations of patients
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with patients, co-workers and physicians
- Maintaining HIPAA and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- LPN in Illinois
- Experience working directly with patients
- Passion for helping patients and people
- Ability to work in our Illinois locations: St. Charles, Elgin, Carol Stream and future locations

- Measuring and recording vitals in the electronic health records system
- Ensuring all medical records are properly organized
- Communicating patient information to physicians, nurse practitioners or registered nurses
- Advising patients about their conditions and treatment plans
- Sterilizing equipment, cleaning exam rooms and preparing patient rooms
- Assisting physicians with patient exams
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with patients, co-workers and physicians
- Working with specialty pharmacies to document and place prescription orders
- Maintaining HIPAA and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Certified medical assistant
- Experience working in the healthcare field
- Passion for helping patients and people
- Ability to work in our Illinois locations: St. Charles, Elgin, Carol Stream and future locations

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients professionally and promptly both in person and on the phone.
- Manage scheduling patients for new and follow up appointments.
- Manage patient communications including appointment reminders.
- Maintain patient accounts by entering or updating personal and financial information.
- Collect patient payments and record in EMR systems.
- Perform administrative duties to support multiple clinics
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with patients, co-workers, and physicians.
- Maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a medical/front desk receptionist
- Ability to multi-task, have excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle a high call volume
- Passion for helping both patients and people
- Ability to work in our Illinois locations: St. Charles, Elgin, Carol Stream and future locations
