If you need a refill, please request it at the pharmacy where the prescription was first filled. Your pharmacist will then contact Relief electronically for refill approval. If you are in the office for an appointment, you may request your refill during your appointment to save time.

 

All refill requests may take up to three business days to be processed during weekdays. Requests made after hours or on the weekend will not be reviewed until the next business day. When holidays are involved, the wait time for refills may be longer. Please check your prescription levels routinely and request refills before running out of medication.
